Florian van der Leeuw is a paralegal at Hofhuis Alkema Groen and assists the lawyers with legal research and the drafting of (court) documents.

After finishing his Bachelor’s degree, Florian graduated with distinction from the VU University of Amsterdam where he obtained his Master’s degree in Internet, Intellectual Property and ICT.

Florian wrote his master thesis on the enforcement of moral rights in the Netherlands. His thesis was nominated by the Faculty of Law for the university wide Bachelor Thesis Awards.

During his studies, and before joining Hofhuis Alkema Groen in January of 2017, Florian worked at a general legal advice center where he advised on all aspects of law. He also was the secretary of the Faculty Student Council and a member of the programme committee.
