Florian van der Leeuw is a paralegal at Hofhuis Alkema Groen and assists the lawyers with legal research and the drafting of (court) documents.
Florian has almost obtained his Master’s degree in Internet, Intellectual Property and ICT from the VU University of Amsterdam and is currently writing his master thesis about the enforcement of moral rights in the Netherlands.
During his studies, and before joining Hofhuis Alkema Groen, Florian worked at a general legal advice center where he advised on all aspects of law. He also was the secretary of the Faculty Student Council and a member of the programme committee.
Florian’s bachelor thesis was nominated by the Faculty of Law for the university wide Bachelor Thesis Awards.
